Location is perfect! Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very nice. Breakfast was good with many options. Rooms and common areas are run down. Stair runners and fabric furniture should be professionally cleaned, and towels and sheets need to be updated. For the price, I was surprised at the condition.
I don’t usually leave reviews because I like to gatekeep my favorite places so they don’t get overcrowded, but this hotel is a true gem and absolutely deserves all the business it can get. The location in the historic center is amazing, within walking distance of everything. The staff recommended so many incredible restaurants nearby that helped us avoid the touristy spots and enjoy truly authentic meals. The room was beautiful, the housekeeping team kept everything spotless, and the reception staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and full of the best restaurant suggestions. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it
The hotel is conveniently and centrally located, with most major attractions accessible within a reasonable walking distance. The female staff member at the reception made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. She thoughtfully shared a map with us and took the time to walk us through the key places we should visit around the city, which we really appreciated. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable, though we would have loved a room with a street view. I also like that they have cook-to-order for eggs, waffles and pancakes during breakfast. All in all, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would happily consider returning should we plan to visit Bologna again in the future.
We really enjoyed staying here this eastern! Perfect location in the old city with excellent rooms. All staff made us feel so welcomed. Loved the breakfast and dinner. The biff fillet for dinner was amazing. Highly recommend to stay here
This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are immaculate. Quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed with great air conditioning and amenities. The location was fantastic! The staff were all so professional and polished and the breakfast was delicious. A quiet, reliable, and absolutely beautiful hotel. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bologna!
