I went only to the restaurant, not the rooms. I have to say that I travel constantly around the world is this was my best culinary expression ever. The food was delicious, the presentation was impressive and the service excellent. You will cont with me to pass the word of mouth once I am back in USA, congratulations.

We stayed at the hotel and had dinner in the restaurant. Rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. The interior design and architecture suits the landscape. The restaurant is a top notch culinary experience. Each dish in the tasting menu was delicious and creative with influences from Turkish and Italian cuisines . All details from cutleries to presentation of plates are thoroughly curated. Service throughout is impeccable. Ingredients are as fresh and sustainable as it gets having been sourced from their own garden and other local producers. Osman and Ezgi have certainly put their heart into creating this experience. I hope to see Teruar with 2* Michelin rating by our next visit. They are certainly operating above 1* standards.

We visited Teruar Urla restaurant, and it was one of the best experinces among other Turkish Michelin star reataurants that we tried before. Everything on the testing menu was excellent, fresh, reach in flavors and not heavy.

An evening at Teruar Urla felt like a journey through garden, sea & tradition. From a refreshing amuse-bouche with green tomato, cucumber & Armenian cucumber from their own garden, to delicate bites & creations like Karaburun tuna with green pepper & wine leaves, Ozbek blue-tailed shrimp with sweet corn & black garlic, or peach with bitter almond & marjoram – every dish told its own story. A fine dining experience that touches not only the palate, but also the soul.

We did not stay at Teruar Urla but celebrated a birthday there. And - same as two years ago - the experience was impeccable. The only difference was, that the food had gotten even better and more refined. Teruar is a true showcase of the kitchen in the Aegean region of Türkiye. The service, the beautiful and tranquil atmosphere, the carefully selected chinaware and glassware but of course most of all the ingredients and the skill of master chef and patron Osman - make this restaurant worth an extended detour. We are surely going to come back. Meanwhile much success further!
